I’ve finally released a print of my own design!
I created these Dia de Los Muertos skull damask prints as part of my love of anatomy and sugar skulls and wallpaper patterns.
My separations. I specifically scratched up the inner blue layer direct to the separation and then splattered ink on the gold layer to give some randomness to my usual tightly coloured images.
I created these with a good bleed to maintain the appearance of being a cut of some fantastically gothic wall paper, hence why the separation is bigger than the paper.
3-point registration with wide enough edges to print the bleed.
I loved the ghostly prints of the first colour.
And the details!
You can buy them at my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/listing/109313175/skull-damask-print . They’re an edition of 36, going for a mere $40 each.
